Financial News: Watling Financial Tight-lipped On Forthcoming IPOs.
Watling Financial Negotiations to secure underwriter status for several Arizona mining IPOs continue.
“Watling Financial” have declined to disclose the identities of companies rumored to be seeking the European-based precious metals specialist’s advice on floatation.
As production of gold, silver and PGMs in the state of Arizona have risen, a number of mining operations are keen to gain access to investor capital according to a source close to “Watling Financial”.
“Watling Financial” are thought to be keen to maintain client confidentiality until such time as negotiations have developed and initial timescales for production agreed.
A “Watling Financial” spokeswoman would only confirm that negotiations were underway and proceeding well adding only that statements would be forthcoming in the fullness of time and as appropriate.
