BrightHouse opens new store in Kidderminster

BrightHouse is opening a new store in Kidderminster in the Rowland Hill Shopping Centre. This opening marks BrightHouses 178th store and will be celebrated with a special Family Fun Day.

BrightHouse, a national UK retail chain specialising in home ware will celebrate the continuation of its expansion programme with the Grand Opening of its new store at 15-16 Rowland Hill Shopping Centre, Kidderminster, UK, on the 25th October 2008. As part of the Grand Opening festivities, BrightHouse will welcome the first customers to its new store with a special Family Fun Day between the hours of 11am and 4pm on the 25th. Some of the activities planned for the day include face painting for children and balloon animals made by skilled balloon modelers. BrightHouse’s retail mascot, George the Bear, will also be on hand to entertain shoppers. Acclaimed DJ, Richie Jones, from the Jam House nightclub will serve as the event’s host and MC. Adam Saunders, the new BrightHouse store manager in Kidderminster comments, “We are very excited about joining the community in Kidderminster and welcome everyone to our store opening event on Saturday. As a community retailer, we pride ourselves in making a difference in the communities in which we do business. With us it’s personal. That’s what makes us different.” Saturday the 25th October marks the opening of the 178th BrightHouse store. With expansion in mind, BrightHouse intends to open another 25 retail stores during the course of the next 12 months. It’s aim is to invest in the communities in which it does business by placing consumer needs first on its list of priorities, to this end, it will expand its store profile to accommodate the changing needs of its growing customer base.
