“My Wish” Sets Out to Demystify the Process of Manifesting
a Dream from the very Beginning in Real-Time…”
NEW YORK, N.Y. – June 2, 2009 – Donna Sirianni Enterprises has released
the promotional trailer, giving viewers a preview of the production company’s
documentary, “My Wish.” The film follows Donna Sirianni, a suburban wife,
mother of three and former High School teacher –as she pursues her dream of
a career in the entertainment business, producing and acting in projects that
make a positive difference in the lives of people worldwide. “My Wish”
encourages people to evaluate their belief systems, take control of their
thoughts and actions, and enjoy the journey as they pursue their dreams.
Sirianni says that she wants to “remind people of the great potential that they have within themselves. I’d like
to represent the idea of possibilities to the audience. There’s been a great paradigm shift in spiritual
awareness and there are terms now being used in society such as the ‘Law of Attraction,’ ‘energy,’ and
‘manifestation.’ While a great amount of media attention and ‘watercooler conversation’ has been devoted to
these topics, I think it is time to actually let people know how belief systems that have been holding people
back from the achievement of their dreams, can actually be broken down, and to chronicle this process in real
time. Filmed in a real and raw way, ‘My Wish’ is my way of sharing my own journey, step by step, as I
pursue my dream of achieving success in a field that is generally considered ‘impossible to break into.’ I am
hoping that by witnessing my journey in manifesting a dream – and observing the actions and getting into the
thoughts of another person ‘just like them,’- through the ups and downs – that each and every person who
sees the film will find the confidence to take the first step in manifesting their own dream.”
The film will not only follow Sirianni’s journey in pursuit of her dream, but will also share the perspectives
of leaders, celebrities and everyday people as they discuss their belief systems, attitudes and the actions they
have taken in pursuit of their own dreams. “My Wish” poses such thought provoking questions as:
• How can you make the process of “manifesting a dream” a realistic possibility while contending with
the many demands of day-to-day life?
• How can you balance financial obligations and the responsibility of taking care of your family with
the actions required to pursue your dream?
• How can you maintain a strong positive attitude while surrounded by people who think pursuing a
dream is a joke and a waste of time?
• If you don’t have a support system around you, how can you be your own “biggest fan?”
• How can you overcome the fear of risk-taking?
• How much more of the “real you” would you be able to express if you woke up each day loving
what you were about to do?
• Where does your contribution to others fit in?
• How would you feel if you knew that the journey – not the end result -- would be the most fun of
all?
The release of the “My Wish” trailer has already received a passionate, positive reception from
people not just here in the U.S., but around the world. The message of this inspiring film is clearly
striking a chord, and connecting with countless people in their hearts and souls.
“I know this is a tough economic time for many, but I know people still have the ability to shine
and rise above this. Many people are being ‘forced’ to start over-so if you have to anyway, why
not make this time around something significantly more exciting? Why not pursue your passion?
Why not go for your dream? Yes, it is possible and I’m willing to be vulnerable and share my own
journey with the audience. Why not? If I can allow people to give themselves permission to make
their dreams a reality through doing what I’m doing….I’m in!” says Sirianni.
To raise funds for the next level of financing, Donna Sirianni Enterprises is taking the unique step
of asking those who have responded so enthusiastically to the “My Wish” promotional video, who
believe that this film has the potential to change countless lives for the better, to make a small
contribution, which will go entirely to the final funding of the film. The names of these
contributors will be added to the ending credits of the movie, and they will also receive a
complimentary “My Wish” session with a certified “Dream Coach” so they can talk about their
dream and get some advice on taking the first step to making it a reality.
“I’m really excited about the idea of including others in this project because it takes the audience
and instantly makes them a real part of making this movie actually happen. I’m grateful to the
coaches I’ve approached who are willing to give up their time and contribute to the lives of the
people who are able to be involved in the film in this way. Not only will the audience members be
playing an important role in delivering this inspiring message to others, but the coaching program
will give them the support they need to achieve their own dream. The film is something much
bigger than me, and I can already envision it making a positive worldwide impact so I feel
comfortable in asking for help. I want to make “My Wish” an us thing rather than a me thing”,
says Sirianni. “I want the audience sitting in the theatre watching “My Wish” to be saying to
themselves “Yes! I am a part of this movie! As Donna has been going for her dream, so have I!”
All net proceeds from the “My Wish” documentary will be donated to “The Hartman Foundation
for Parkinson’s Research.” For more information, visit www.HartmanFoundation.org
