Tradewinds Launches Mobile DCS in JKIA
Tradewinds Aviation Services Ltd successfully launched their Mobile Evinta Departure Control System provided by JKCS, Sri Lanka by Check-In and Boarding their first commercial flight at Jomo Kinyata International Airport this morning.
Nairobi, Kenya- 23rd September 2010.
Tradewinds new DCS will provide them much needed flexibility and faster check-in and boarding times for their passengers and clients and will set a new standard in passenger services delivery in Kenya.
The Evinta DCS system provided by JKCS a subsidiary of John Keells Group, Sri Lanka’s largest conglomerate, which is state of the art passenger services technology is a truly mobile system which comes as a “suitcase solution” where all equipment (Baggage Tag and Boarding Pass Printers with a Laptop and USB Modem) is fitted into a suitcase and can be setup within minutes to handle flights from any counters within any airport.
The system with it’s internet based technology also has the capability to handle the check-in and baggage tag printing from almost anywhere anyplace which would be ideal for checking passengers even at the hotel lobbies.
