This article presents our 7 days leisure Guilin and around tour and we would like to recommend it to everyone: Day 01: Arrival / Guilin (Please read: http://www.chinawondertours.com/city-tour.html) Be met at the airport and be transferred to your hotel. Day 02: Guilin City tour including the landmark of this picturesque city – Elephant Trunk Hill, “the natural art gallery” – Reed Flute Cave and the Fubo Hill. In the afternoon, you can go to the highest mountain in the region with height of 700 meters – Yao Mountain, take a cable car up and down the mountain to gaze upon a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. Day 03: Guilin – Yangshuo Enjoy a relaxing day of cruising on the scenic Li River. In the morning you will drive about 40 minutes to Zhujiang pier to start the Li River cruise. Along the river, you will be inspired by the picturesque mountains, peaceful green fields, crystal-clear water, lush bamboos and villages with water buffalos. After 4 or 5 hours cruising, you will disembark in the 1000 year old town of Yangshuo where you will stay overnight today. Day 04: Biking in Yangshuo Biking in Yangshuo is a wonderful experience for anyone comes to China. Today, we start our riding from the town of Yangshuo, heading along the Yulong River which is also known as the Lesser Li River. The 20 kilometers ride is a peaceful journey through the beautiful countryside landscape. Along the way, you can make stops to take beautiful photos and have a chance to visit some local farmer’s houses. In the evening, we have the option of enjoying the magnificent outdoors light show of Sister Liusanjie. Day 05: Yangshuo – Longsheng Pingan Village Depart hotel in the morning for the scenic 4 hour drive to the magnificent Longji Rice Terraces. Longji means "Dragon's Backbone". When climbing to the top of it and looking down at the nearby terraced rice fields, you will have the feeling that you are standing on the dragon's back as the terraced rice paddies look like the shining scales of the dragon. Stay overnight in Pingan Village. Day 06: Longsheng Pingan Village – Guilin Wake up to the sound of birds, brooks and roosters, we have our breakfast and then wave goodbye to peaceful Pingan Village. After 2.5 hours of driving, we get back to Guilin, and then to visit the Seven Star Park, where you can see nice banzai garden and cute pandas. After dinner, you can enjoy nice foot massage in the town.
