Caffeine is a very bitter substance that is heavily masked for use in soft drinks and is consumed by over 165 million Americans daily. The Encaff™ product allows manufacturers to add caffeine to food products without altering its taste or texture, which has lead to new and exciting new products like the Buzz™ donut and Buzzed™ bagel. Encaff received national attention last year when its founder, Dr. Robert Bohannon, appeared on Good Morning America, CBS Early Show, CNN, Fox News and other programs with his tasteless caffeine invention.  For more information, visit www.encaff.com. Berkay(05.15.2012 04:1:44): Caffeine is not tasteless, it's acltauly very bitter. To hide the taste they (1) use very little (12-45mg on average) and (2) use sweeteners. Also, pure caffeine is dangerous. It can kill if you ingest around 10 grams in a day. That's almost impossible to do with drinks (80 cups of coffee or 240 cans of Coke), but easy to do with powders. It's available online in 100 gram batches. I don't give out the link because, if you kill yourself with too much, I won't be responsible.
