New My Account service from Genesis

The My Account service is a new online service, which will replace the existing MyBill service. This will help customers of the firm's hosted Exchange, SharePoint and CRM software to access a range of tools to improve the customer experience. These include:
Reports – The My Account service contains useful charts and reports on account, subscription and cost centre charts.
Analysis – Reports can be customised and exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.
Cost centres – Customers can move numbers between cost centres for reporting that is relevant to their business.
Password and user control – Clients can change passwords online for extra security, they can also add new users and define their levels of access to certain services.
Warning limits – Administrators can set usage warning limits for users on the account so they can view who is close to exceeding their limits and manage usage on the account more effectively.
PUK retrieval – With the ability to generate a Personal Unblocking Key 24 hours a day meaning that if one of your mobiles becomes blocked, you can sort it out immediately.
