Concord, CA -- Damsels in distress?
More like damsels causing distress.
The thrills continue to explode across computer screens everywhere as the weekly sci-fi action-adventure serial KAT AND MOUSE: GUNS FOR HIRE roars into its sixth month.
Described by creator/writer Abner Senires as "channeling XENA by way of LETHAL WEAPON and BLADE RUNNER," KAT AND MOUSE burst onto the online fiction scene in mid-December 2008 and the month of June finds the intrepid duo still going strong.
The serial chronicles the escapades of street mercenaries Kat and Mouse as they tangle with shadowy corporations, ruthless crimelords, cyborg assassins, and whatever else the futuristic mean streets of Bay City can throw at them.
"We've just finished all 24 installments of episode two," says Senires. "We're about to start episode three in which our heroines do some babysitting--while under fire. Gunfire."
