NEW YORK, NY -- American Conference Institute (ACI) has announced the participation of key regulators at the upcoming 3rd Annual Energy Trading and Compliance conference taking place September 22 & 23 at the JW Marriott hotel in Houston, TX.
Todd Mullins, Branch Chief of the Investigations Division of the Office of Enforcement at FERC will be giving a keynote address at the conference, entitled “What FERC is Looking For in a Successful Energy Trading Compliance Program”, at 1:30 on September 22. Stephen Obie of the CFTC and Patricia Galvan of the FTC will also be participating on a panel of key regulators at the event.
