Flat Fee: $50.00 Service: $35.00 Personal  per party. Certified: $11.00 per party Preparation and filing of lien $65.00 per hour Plus cost. Statement of Account Preparation $65.00 per hour Notice of Intention to Sue  (NOS) This notice will be sent after a lien has been filed. $35.00 Summons and Complaint $75.00 Service Fee: $35.00 THROUGH $65.00 per defendant Attorneys Fees: 15% charged to the debtor by our counsel. JUDGMENT COLLECTIONS $65.00 per hour Notice of Intent to Foreclose (nof) $75.00 plus Service cost of $45.00 Foreclosing Lien^ $1,105.00 Includes title search, service, filing fees, bond fees, docket fees etc. ^Handled by per diem counsel Per Diem Attorneys Fees $125.00 per hour billed monthly for services requiring review by counsel. +also Motions for Relief From Stay in Bankruptcy billed at normal rate as stated above and $250.00 Filing Fee also required.
