Teej is a festival where all the married women do their “Solah Shringar” and indulge in the festivities and keep a fast for their husbands’ long lives. Rani, as a dutiful wife, even after just recovering from an accident, happily goes through all the rituals unaware that someone doesn’t like what she is doing. With Rani’s accident and recovery, Rishabh has fallen in love with Rani and he is highly ashamed of himself that he could actually conspire with Anjali to take Rani’s life away, but Anjali is quite unhappy with Rishabh’s change of heart and threatens Rishabh to expose a secret and warns him that if he does not tell Rani the truth, she will do it and that too in a public manner.

Rishabh wants to tell the truth to Rani but does not know how to. As Rani is busy with Teej pooja and always surrounded with women. Finally he decides to write a letter to Rani in detail, but before he can give the letter to Rani, Anjali’s impulsiveness leads her to declare on national television in an interview that she is Mrs. Johri, the lawfully wedded wife of Rishabh Johri. She accuses Rani of being “the other woman” in Rishabh’s life. Rani, Dadi and everybody at home is in a shock after watching this confession on television. Rani’s tears well up and she feels lost in a sea of emotions, where on one hand, she feels closer to Rishabh after he took such good care of her in the hospital and now she is feeling equally disheartened from him. She cannot believe that Rishabh could have hidden such a thing from her. Her heart compels her not to believe what she has heard, but in her mind she knows the truth. With the Rajshri production telecast on Saharaone bringing such a drastic change in Rani’s life, it’s up to her to decide if she wants to be with Rishabh and help him get rid of Anjali out of his life or step aside, disappear from the lives of Rishabh and Anjali.Rani’s family has been her pillar of strength. With this revelation her family is also in a shock.

Will her family help her fight back or will they tell her to start afresh?
It’s upon Rani to decide what course of life she chooses.
