Bengals Team Report —With it being Baltimore week, and coming off a two-touchdown game, Chad Ochocinco is a little more boisterous going into Sunday's game. On Monday, he called out Ravens cornerbacks Domonique Foxworth and Fabian Washington, and continued on Wednesday, saying that he has an end zone celebration planned that would look like something out of the movie "Talladega Nights." "The motto in the movie is 'If you ain't first you're last.' That's a hint of the celebration," Ochocinco said. "It's going to be funny. I will be pulling a Ricky Bobby. The fine money has been sent early." And as far as facing the Ravens' corners, Ochocinco has already checked him off his list saying "They really don't stand a chance anyway." While Ochocinco is friends with Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis, he has not talked with him this week. The ninth-year receiver said that Baltimore is his favorite team to play. But that didn't stop him from having fun at Lewis' expense. "I'm looking forward to embarrassing him and his team whether he is a friend or not. We won't be friends once 1 p.m. hits on Sunday," Ochocinco said. "Once the whistle hits it's time to kiss the baby. And for anyone who doesn't like it, that's a Baltimore child, please."    *      Brad St. Louis is the long snapper for another week, but it appears that the Bengals have reached the brink when it comes to their level of patience.      After four bad missed snaps in three games, the decision on whether to bring in a new player and part ways with the 10-year veteran was weighed heavily following two errant snaps in last Sunday's 23-20 win at Cleveland.      "We start from scratch or we roll, that's something you have to ask them," special teams coach Darrin Simmons said about the decision-making process. "It's an area of huge concern but I have to trust that we're going to get through it. It's going to come down to where we're putting the team in a precarious position. We're making things too close at the end when they shouldn't be. I'm not saying that's the whole problem but it's a major contributing factor."      On whether a new long snapper can come in on a Tuesday and be ready to play on Sunday, Simmons said that would have to be the way, since there is no way to carry two long snappers on a 53-man roster. In case of an injury, center Kyle Cook could do long snapping on punts, but hasn't worked that much on field goals.      "It's a difficult decision because it affects everyone. The other part affects everyone too because we can't execute," Simmons said. "If you make the change there's never any looking back. It takes a certain matter of time to establish trust and timing. Once you do it, you move forward and don't look back." Ravens Team Report executive Ray Anderson said Tuesday the comments made by the Ravens after the New England game did not warrant fines. Several Ravens were critical of the officials following their 27-21 loss at the Patriots on Sunday. Middle linebacker Ray Lewis repeatedly said the roughing-the-passer penalties were "embarrassing." Outside linebacker Terrell Suggs insinuated that the officials protect Tom Brady more than other quarterbacks. And safety Ed Reed disputed how the officials spotted the ball throughout the game. The Ravens are now 0-5 all-time against the Patriots.    *      Ravens coach John Harbaugh acknowledged some surprise over being assessed a 15-yard penalty for unsportsmanlike conduct early in the third quarter Sunday, but he confirmed that the flag occurred after something he had said to an official.      "I've never seen a penalty like that or received a penalty like that. The thing that I want to emphasize is that the penalty was on me," Harbaugh said. "Our bench was great. I think our guys have done a good job—and we talk to our guys all the time—about letting the head coach talk to the officials. As a head coach, it's my responsibility to communicate with them in any way necessary to defend our guys in some cases or to find out what's going on. In that case, I felt like I was defending our team."    *      The Ravens don't seem concerned about wide receiver Mark Clayton's mental state after his critical dropped pass on fourth down in Patriots territory with 28 seconds remaining.      "Mark's resilient," Harbaugh said. "Mark's tough. He wants that one back, but that wasn't the play of the game. It's easy to look at one play."    *      Rookie offensive tackle Michael Oher drew heavy praise for his ability to shift from right tackle to left tackle when Gaither got hurt. "How many guys can do that in their fourth game in the NFL?" Harbaugh said. "That shows how special he is."    *      Tony Fein, a former Ravens linebacker and an Iraqi War veteran, died Tuesday morning in Port Orchard, Wash., according to his agent.      There were no immediate details about his death, agent Milton D. Hobbs said. Fein, 27, was an undrafted rookie free agent who was released by the Ravens in their final major cutdown on Sept. 5.      "This is stunning, sad news," Ravens spokesman Kevin Byrne said of Fein's death. "Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends."    *      The Ravens haven't allowed a 100-yard rusher in 39 games, the longest current streak in the NFL.
