Jaguars Team Report
The Jaguars traded up in the second round a year ago to draft Quentin Groves. A year later, he's only a special teams player.
Groves started the second and third games for the Jaguars but played poorly and got only 12 snaps against the Titans.
Coach Jack Del Rio, who rarely criticizes his players, was blunt Wednesday when he discussed Groves.
"Guys that produce play and guys that do the things we need to get done to help our football team to win are going to play. And right now his biggest contribution is going to come as special teams and serving as a backup," Del Rio said.
Bryan Smith, signed off the St. Louis practice squad last month, has moved ahead of Groves on the depth chart.

Derrick Harvey, the player they traded up to get in the first round a year ago, has no sacks this year, but is still starting and Del Rio spoke more highly of him, saying Harvey played well in the Titans game.
"I'll take that effort each and every week. I think the numbers will come in time, but he's doing a nice job in the role that we have for him," Del Rio said.

The Jaguars will make only their second trip to Seattle in their history and their first trip west of Phoenix since 2004 when they played in both Oakland and San Diego.
Del Rio will fly the team out there Friday and they'll arrive about 6 p.m. to get themselves acclimated to the time change. Del Rio said the preparation starts with a lot of hydration on the plane.
"So we're going to push fluids on the game and get out there and get acclimated. Anybody that spends a lot of time in the air knows that you get dehydrated when you travel in the elevation for that length of time. You've got to drink water," he said.
Seahawks Team Report
Seahawks head coach Jim Mora said offensive tackle Walter Jones will be out until the bye week, which means the earliest Jones would play is the team's Nov. 1 date against the Dallas Cowboys.
Mora gave Jones last week off after pain returned to his surgically repaired knee as he attempted to get back into game shape for a possible return to the field. Now the team wants to give the likely future Hall of Farmer ample opportunity to evaluate whether or not his knee is healthy enough to allow him to help the Seahawks this season.
"There's a lot of factors that go into it," Mora said. "What's best for the team? What kind of respect do you show for Walter, if Walter can get back? How long do we wait for him? What if we IR'd him and then two weeks later he was ready to go? Would you look back and just be sick about it?
"So it's a puzzle. And we talk about it every day. And we talk to Walter a lot about it as well. So we're all on the same page. We're just trying to make the right decision. And right now, the right decision as far as all of us concerned, coaches, doctors, trainers and Walter, is to back off, see where it is in a couple weeks and then reassess. So that's what we're going to do."

Out for the last two games with a high ankle sprain, cornerback Josh Wilson was a full participant in practice this week, and should play against Jacksonville.
With the team's top corner, Marcus Trufant, still on the physically unable to perform list with a disc issue in his back until Nov. 1, Wilson will start at corner and provide some much-needed depth in the secondary. Wilson said he can help in other areas as well.
"I expect to catch some passes, return some kicks and play some quarterback if they let me," joked Wilson. "I'll do whatever I can to make sure I can help this team win."

Mora announced during his Wednesday press conference that the Seahawks will partner with Medical Teams International to raise funds for the Pacific Rim Region that was devastated by recent earthquakes and tsunamis.
The team plans to have volunteers at Qwest Field collecting donations at Sunday's game against Jacksonville, or interested donors can go to Seahawks.com. Mora also said that linebacker Lofa Tatupu, who is of Samoan heritage, volunteered to match the first $10,000 raised.
