The idea for the company blossomed from the past philanthropic experience of Founder, Jeanne Reslan. Ms. Reslan comments on the overwhelming response to the program, "we have had a tremendous response to our program. We are registering several organizations daily in anticipation for the launch of our website in early November. It has been very fulfilling to know how many organizations we are going to be able to help." Ms. Reslan began her career raising money for non-profit organizations and schools. She left to join the private sector for outside sales, but she always came back to her passion for fund-raising. Over the years, she ran marathons for charity and passed along her passion for running and fundraising as a mentor to individuals pursuing the same goal. Her success in sales, a passion for fund-raising, her regard for the environment and a strong belief in fair trade led her to create EcoLabel Fundraising.
