When I was a young, I was attracted by the story of Cinderella, in my opinion, the love between the prince and princess is perfect. The author made up of the love story! I believe that most of the readers are moved; meanwhile, we sent the wishes to them and hate the vicious power, for example, the sisters of Cinderella.
However, we have to come back to the reality, pure love is less and less, certainly, it exists. The digression I write here seems too much. As my article’s title“ No fairy tales about Titleist VG3 iron in 2012”. The golf items in golf clubs for sale are not a fairy tales for golf player. It’s true!
Here I will take the Titleist VG3 irons as an example. You know, the Titleist Japan introduces their all new VG3 Forged iron for the Japanese market. The Japanese Market VG3 Irons are aimed at the average golfer and improving mid capper. The strong lofts (24* 5 iron) matched with low CG in the form of tungsten weights in the sole create a higher launch and more MOI.

And the Titleist VG3 irons features variable placement for the tungsten weights on the sole depending on the iron just likes on the driver. The different weight placement varies the launch between different irons depending on that iron. For example the longer irons 4 and 5 feature weighting on both the toe and heel of the sole increasing MOI and distance off center shots. This makes hitting the long irons easier and increases distance. On the 6 and 7 irons, the weighting is placed more towards the center of the sole to increase launch and lower CG.
The VG3 is longer from heel to toe (at least one club longer) and features small offset with a mid sized top line and sole. Trajectory is on the high side and is made for distance and forgiveness which is typical for the average golfer audience. Titleist VG3 Irons' stronger lofts assist in swing and controlling easier, you will be more confident and enthusiastic when shooting!
With a thick top line, a bit wider bottom and decent amount of offset, the Titleist VG3 Irons provide a lower COG to make the club more forgiving. Besides, the deeper style pocket cavity, stronger lofts and variable weighting help you to find a more accurate location to reach a higher launch and fast shot. Specifically, the weights are placed in the 4, 5, 6 and 7 to manipulate forgivness and trajectory, and in the 8 to PW there is no tungsten weighting which helps raise the CG and lower the trajectory on those 'must hit accurate' short irons.
Finally, what I want to say is that I write the Titleist VG3 here not means to advertise for the clubs. I just bought it from that golf clubs, which made me swing cool and kept a good figure now. In my opinion, the good item is worth sharing, right? Thanks for reading and Happy New Year to everybody!
