A British Psychobilly Band have "hijacked" the name of Internationally acclaimed singer/songwriter/actor Billy Rebel!

The British musical legacy has been compromised by the illegal actions of a "Psychobilly Band" calling themselves Billy Rebel. This, against all International Intellectual Property Laws, Identity Theft Laws of most nations, and a frowned-upon practice among fellow musicians! The "original" and "true" Billy Rebel has been in the music industry since the 1970's! Following many years on the local and national scene, he rose to International celebrity status in the year 2002, with his world-wide release of his original composition of "I Remember His First Love Song" (c) Billy Rebel - (Socan & Ascap 2002). All web sites, promoters, record companies,etc. are strongly urged to eliminate/delete them, in keeping with relevant laws of their particular country.
