Isaac Sanders is the former Vice President of the University Advancement and Executive Director of ESU Foundation, East Stroudsburg University, Pennsylvania. The statement of audit for 2007-08 was released by a five-member executive board of the East Stroudsburg University Foundation which included Joe Heverin, chair; Isaac Jamison, vice chair; Denise Cebular, treasurer; Pamela Raison, secretary; and Barth Rubin, immediate past chair. In their statement they said, "As board members who are actively involved, we believed things were in order, but this independent confirmation by professionals should give our donors added confidence." The scope of the audit was more than the normal audit due to the allegations made against Isaac Sanders. The time taken in the audit was also comparatively more because of the investigations made in order to avoid any kind of divergence in the financial statements.
