50th Anniversary Revival Services with The Jimmy J. Millikin Musical and Evangelistic Family

The Jimmy J. Millikin Musical and Evangelistic Family of Claremore, Oklahoma, will conduct 50th anniversary revival services beginning Wednesday evening, September 30, and continuing through Sunday evening, October 4, at Northampton Assembly of God,

Evangelist Jimmy Millikin will be preaching Bible-centered anointed gospel messages such as his sermon in a previous meeting on “Your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things” (Matthew 6:32). While emphasizing that God knows our distinct personal needs, he told of a man recently saved out of a life of sin and drugs who attended their meetings in Ohio. After reading the Bible story of Jesus healing the leper, the man prayed, “Lord, I am like this leper. I’ve lost my family and everything because of sin and drugs. I would sure like to know more about this leper. Would you have Jimmy preach about that leper tonight?” That night the Lord led Evangelist Jimmy Millikin to preach on the leper! As he explained how leprosy is a type of sin that destroys one’s life, tears streamed down the man’s face in realization that God cared enough for him to answer his prayer! Evangelist Jimmy Millikin and his wife, Shauna, minister through inspirational combinations of spiritually refreshing gospel duets and instrumentals. Shauna plays the piano as they sing, and Jimmy plays soul-stirring saxophone solos. Other aspects of these meetings include lively organ and piano music, uplifting congregational singing, joyful praise to God, prayer for healing of the sick and needy, and life-changing experiences at the altar in the awesome presence of Jesus Christ. Northampton Assembly of God was founded in October of 1959 by Rev. Gerald Olshevski who will be the guest speaker at two commemorative 50th anniversary services on Sunday, October 11 at 10:45 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pastor Daniel E.
