FLAME students get insights into the Cement business -Mr Anil Singhvi shares the secrets of success with the postgraduate students of FLAME School of Business- Pune, 18 November 2008:  Mr. Anil Singhvi, Director on the board of FLAME ( Foundation for Liberal And Management Education) &  Vice Chairman of Reliance Natural Resources Ltd (RNRL), a Reliance ADAG Company; recently visited FLAME and shared his experience in the business of cement; where he started his career & rose to become the Managing Director of Ambuja Cement. Mr Singhvi had many tips to give to enlighten students “A good business model will survive in any times – good or bad. A pilot is expected to fly the aircraft irrespective of the weather and not just in the clear skies”. Talking about leadership he mentioned “Leadership is largely a Passion. Look for simple answers even to complex situations. You have to love what you are doing. Either convert your hobby into the job or the other way round.” When questioned about Success Mantra, he added “Learn from failures of others where you find something very valuable in life.
