Ern Phang Supports Community Housing

Ern Phang and Phang Legal provide services to the community.

Ern Phang continues to sit as a volunteer director and secretary of various community housing organisations such as Affordable Community Housing Limited and Western Housing for Youth Limited. "Giving back to the community is important," said Ern Phang, the solicitor director of Parramatta law firm, Phang Legal, "the community supports us and is the reason for Phang Legal's continued success and growth. It is impossible to ignore or forget that fact. Making a difference through my involvement with not-for-profit community organisations and charities is both personally and professionally rewarding and I encourage others to also involve themselves in the same way." Ern Phang has been a solicitor since 1998 practising in the areas of conveyancing and property law, corporate and commercial law, and litigation and dispute resolution. He opened his own practice in 2002 and has been located in Parramatta since 2004. Through his practice, Ern Phang also offers pro bono services to organisations such as St Vincent de Paul, Salvation Army, as well as other local community organisations, and supports the Pro Bono Scheme run by the Law Society of New South Wales. Ern Phang is an experienced company director and company secretary, having several appointments on different companies and organisations. Ern Phang's first appointment to a community housing board was in 2005.

Wie der Reiter die Szene konkret ins Chaos stfcrzen wird, weidf ich allerdings auch nicht.Jf6rg: Freut mich, dass Dir das Unterwasserbild zusagt. Ich wfcrde gerne mal mehr in diese Richtung arbeiten hatte ja auch mal kurzzeitig einen Untersee-comic in Planung bis mir der Autor absprang aber wenn es kein konkretes Projekt ffcr solche Bilder gibt werde ich einfach zu schnell von so vielem anderem Interessanten abgelenkt. Aber letztendlich ist es doch nur ein Werkzeug, das Cintiq produziert ja nicht von alleine irgendwelche Bilder es gibt sogar ganz viele Leute, die mit dem Cintiq gar nicht klar kommen sondern sich dadurch behindert ffchlen.
