We provide the service re market development activities as your local office (hands on support) in the market
(either in India or in Japan); however we do not work as Agent, Broker, or Trader / Trading / Import Export Co.
We work as Market Development Consultant on a mutually agreeable terms; comprising monthly fixed fee;
reimbursement of actual costa for inter-city traveling and accommodation as required with client permission; and
a success fee based on transaction volume.
Basic Service procedure is as outlined below:-
· QMRP-Quick Market Research based on Practical approach for finding the present market scenario / opportunity / hurdles
· Identifying appropriate local business partner (importer / wholesaler / end-user)
· Qualifying the identified local business partners (importer / wholesaler / end-user)
· Arranging meeting with selected local prospective business partner (importer / wholesaler / end-user) as & when required
· Attending all such meetings introducing you to selected potential buyers (importer / wholesaler / end-user)
· Identifying and suggestion concerning appropriate business method with selected (importer / wholesaler / end-user)
· Localization & implementation of market development program
· “Bridging Gap” re cultural, business ethics; language and cross border business
· Business negotiation with local partner(s)
· Monitoring the performance of local business partner(s) (importer / wholesaler / end-user)
Assistance in overall conducting the business in most effective manner, acting as your local office in order to give you total control in the
market; and all other related activities.
Normally an assignment is taken based on yearly contract with a fixed monthly fee, reimbursement of approved expenses & a success fee on the transaction amount; and most importantly with a very flexible exit clause of two months advance notice for termination from either side.
The founding Director, Senior Consultant has 25 years experience as a Bridging Consultant, and Paralegal advisor in Japan and have provided service to various foreign companies from MNC to Small & Medium size cos.; NGO & Semi-Government agency related firms to new start-up cos. including many large size Japanese and Indian corporations. Have had worked as a Business Auditor (in Japan & Korea) for CISCO SYSTEMS (USA) for about four years.
