NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE TO HOST MAJOR GIFTS CONFERENCE AT NOVA SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY IN FT. LAUDERDALE, FL JULY 28-29, 2010

Ft. Lauderdale, FL – July 27, 2010 – The National Development Institute (NDI) brings its world-renowned fundraising strategies for successful major gifts development to Ft. Lauderdale on July 28-29. The Major Gifts Conference is open to any and all fundraising professionals, board members, executive directors and others in need of development guidance and expertise. Held on the Nova Southeastern University campus, the two-day conference boasts an impressive faculty of James P. LaRose, CFRE, CNC (Founder, NDI), Sandy Morckel, CFRE, CNC (President Development Systems International), Bob MacConnell (Senior Counselor, Development Systems International), and Phil Young, CNC (Senior Counselor, PAX Global).

For the first time in the history of NDI events, the Ft. Lauderdale conference will be filmed in order to send the knowledge of NDI’s faculty to any organization around the world. Topics covered include: “Major Gifts Startup From Scratch,” “Making the ‘Ask,’” and “Critical Do’s and Don’ts When Major Gift Fundraising.”
