We did get some Private Equity Interest on your proposal, but a Private Equity 504 offering will need to be completed to properly fund your requested transaction. I have included a Private Equity Capital Contract with this email for your review along with a Q&A that details a SEC 504 offering.
By preparing an SEC 504 / Private Equity transaction, I can spread the risk out amongst 30 of our Private Equity Partners, instead of one taking all the risk.
So:
$204,000 / 30 = $6,800 in risk per investment partner, and not a full $204,000
The main difference between our capital firm here and the ones you have probably been contact by is this,
1. We are not a mortgage loan broker
2. WE market your securities to our private clients
Your proposed security has been initially marketed, and given the response we have gotten, we are prepared to move forward with your equity offering.
Please review the attached documents, and email me back with a time we can set up a conference call.
Thank you,
Steve Muehler
This is how Steve Muehler scammed his victims. He sent out similar emails (we have several copies from different clients) last year, took their money and disappeared. After several complaints from scammed victims to several states that regulates Securities, Steve has started to return some retainers. There are still pending investigations and pending lawsuits.
