Elk Grove Community Band & Pleasant Grove H.S. Jazz Band Present 2nd Annual Benefit Concert & Dinner

The Elk Grove Community Band combined with the Pleasant Grove High School Jazz Band will present its 2nd Annual Benefit Concert and Dinner on Monday, March 30, 2009 at the PGHS Cafeteria from 6:00pm 8:00pm.

Bringing music to the neighborhood, the Elk Grove Community Band combined with the Pleasant Grove High School Jazz Band will present its 2nd Annual Benefit Concert and Dinner on Monday, March 30, 2009 at the PGHS Cafeteria from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door. All proceeds from this event will help support the Katherine Albiani Middle School and Pleasant Grove High School music programs. A taco dinner will be provided by Baja Burrito, complete with the choice of chicken, carnitas or veggie tacos, served with tortillas, chips, rice, beans and a drink. The event will also feature a "dessert auction", so don't miss this sweet evening. The Community Band will be performing selections of famous movie theme music and is a wonderful opportunity to introduce young people to concert music and music education at a very reasonable cost.
