Henny Float - Tastes Great, Sounds Better

Foco Moto will release Henny Float (Vanilla) on August 19th 2009. The first release on the DUMBO Brooklyn based record label.

To beat the heat Asen James began serving friends a concoction he’d been enjoying for years dubbed the Henny Float. The Ingredients? Hennesy and Ice Cream. The exact recipe is soon to be a matter of public record. The Henny Float also became the source of inspiration for the upcoming digital album release on General Particular’s Foco Moto imprint. The Album consists of 18 tracks of “chops”, a re-mix art form well known to lovers of modern music. The tunes were (re)created mostly from classic R & B Tunes but include a few surprises as well. The album, produced by James and Executive Produced by Rich Williams, seeks to fill a gap in instrumental hip hop projects. The Henny Float - Vanilla edition is the first of several flavors to come and is set for release on August 19, 2009. The album will be 100% Free. Distribution will take place thru select lifestyle blogs and online media sites and eventually through other electronic delivery systems.
