Illinois has made major changes to its required minimum wage poster, which is called "Your Rights Under Illinois Employment Laws." In addition to the minimum wage rates, the poster now includes categories for Equal Pay, Domestic or Sexual Violence Leave, Meal and Rest Periods and other required postings. Changes were  alsomade to the text of the child labor and tipped employee notice.
