Regency Centers, a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased restaurant space in The Woodlands, Texas at Panther Creek Village Square to Crust Pizza Company.

The Woodlands, TX – Regency Centers, a national owner, operator and developer of grocery-anchored and community shopping centers, has leased restaurant space in The Woodlands, Texas at Panther Creek Village Square to Crust Pizza Company. Specializing in pizza and other Italian cuisine, Crust Pizza Company has leased 1,940 square feet of restaurant space and is slated to open for business in October 2010, bringing the center to 100% leased. Crust Pizza Company was represented by Mark Raines with CBRE.

According to Ben Brown, Regency Centers senior leasing agent, the 166,280 square foot shopping center is anchored by a 65,800 square foot Randalls alongside national retailers such as Sears Hardware, Subway and CVS/pharmacy.
