Former Owners Sue Tri-Tax
San Pedro California Several owners have gathered to join a suit. Alleging fraud and deception.
Real Estate agents says they were duped by a fast talking follow agent to join Tri-tax.
The agents say a One Carlos Marquez would host informational meetings with the intent of selling a Tri-Tax at discounted rates promising wealth. At the end of the tax season most lost more then made. Carlos Marquez is the only one who profits at Tri-Tax per the agents interviewed. Many have joined in a class action law suit. When asked what is the main point we were told " To keep Carlos ( Marquez ) from riping off others.
