New Case Studies reveal how CRM Systems can significantly improve productivity.

Concentrix, an independent CRM specialist has released two new case studies detailing how two of their clients have implemented GoldMine Premium Edition.   Synergy Print Management, a leading graphic design, marketing and print management company and Omnichem, a leading chemical distributor have progressed from using a combination of spreadsheets, paper based systems and Microsoft Outlook to a well established CRM solution. The new case studies aim to show other companies considering implementing a CRM system just how easy it is to achieve, when deployed correctly. Synergy Print Management works with a variety of companies ranging from blue chips, local authorities, membership organisations and mail order companies right through to local businesses.  Omnichem source chemical products from international manufacturers and also blend chemicals to company’s specific requirements. The case studies detail the background to the projects, the objectives, the CRM solution chosen and the reasons behind the choice. They also discuss the benefits which each company has felt as a result of the implementation of the solution. For both companies improving communication between employees was a key driver for the implementation of the system. Matt Fillingham, Managing Director of Synergy Print said, “We needed to see exactly what our sales team had been doing in terms of calls, letters and appointments.” Simon Vanderwalt IT and Finance Manager at Omnichem Ltd, commented  “We needed to allow our area managers working on the road to quickly access information about the customers they were calling on. We also wanted to allow them to look at historic quotations for customers without carrying paper copies all the time”. Synergy and Omnichem selected Concentrix as their CRM partner for different reasons.  For Synergy it was the fact that Concentrix take a product agnostic approach, coupled with the features of the CRM system. However, for Omnichem it was the fact that Concentrix were recommended to them by their Sister company.
