HR Today Radio Introduces New Format

HR Today Radio, the Delaware Valley's #1 radio station for Human Resource professionals is improving its show format in order to provide a more valuable resource for business leaders in the Philadelphia Area.

HR Today Radio is excited to announce a new format for its monthly program. HR Today Radio, a human resource industry radio forum, will remain committed to providing an atmosphere for human resources professionals across the Delaware Valley to network and to share their perspectives on the profession of human resources.  In addition, the new format will center on a collection of specific topics relevant to today’s business climate.  Guests on the show will have an opportunity to contribute their insights and best practices regarding a key human resources issue.  For example, September’s show will focus on navigating through turbulent economic times (the downturn and now the upturn), the impact on employees, and opportunities for growth and positive change. “Our new format will allow us to get deeper into a specific area and provide a forum for human resource professionals in our area to hear from other professionals in their field grappling with the same issues”, said Ken Dubin, the show’s host.  “Our mission has been to provide a valuable resource for senior-level professionals” says Mr. Dubin. By focusing on a collection of topics and intersecting perspectives, HR Today Radio will drive conversations in core areas of interest to HR professionals and business leaders. “This important communication channel functions as a virtual think tank or roundtable by helping our listeners integrate new information, tease out important distinctions and formulate positions on complex issues,” notes Liz Monahan, HR Today Radio co-host. “In such a dynamic environment as today’s workplace, our listeners need a forum where all of this can come together.”
