Flowfast is the ultra fast-track resin system from the UK-based flooring manufacturer, which is generally ready for use within just two hours of application.
Such fast installation capability cuts down on the cost of labour and means a manufacturing site can be fully operational after an overnight application programme, delivering significant cost savings.
Flowfast has been specified for major industrial projects throughout the UK and the rest of the world, and is recognised for its exception durability - offering longevity with minimal maintenance.
Also on show at the event is Flowcoat SF41, a coloured floor coating, which has been used in industrial environments around the world. Often used in tandem with the renovation screed Flowscreed Industrial Top, the system is ideal for refurbishing old, worn out surfaces. It helps create a smoother surface and is recognised for its speed of installation, as well as its durability.
The self-levelling Flowshield SL system is also being featured. Able to cope with high traffic, including trolley and rubber wheeled forklift trucks, Flowshield SL is quickly installed across a large floor area, and offers a stunning finish that is hygienic and easy to maintain.
Flowcrete’s high-tech, anti-static flooring system, Peran ESD SL - an electrostatic dissipating floor which can help avoid problems associated with static from automated vehicles – is also available.
Flowcrete - who have manufactured industrial floor finishes for almost 30 years - will be exhibiting at stand D43 at the Birmingham-based exhibition, which takes place between 29 September and 1 October at the NEC.
Alan Dean, Flowcrete’s sales director, said: “We have an unrivalled range of products for manufacturers, processors and engineers, with systems geared up to specific needs including anti-static floors and floors able to cope with the movement of vibrating, heavy machinery and wheeled traffic.
“As the economy takes a downturn, it is vital that specifiers choose a correctly specified, fit-for-purpose floor to reduce factors such as cleaning time and installation time.”
Flowcrete has its headquarters in Cheshire, with 26 offices around the world and eight global manufacturing centres of excellence. More details about its work in flooring are available at www.flowcrete.co.uk or contact advice@flowcrete.com
