YELLOWPAGES.travel not a part of AT&T

LOS ANGELES - (BUSINESS WIRE) - The U.S. marketplace has confusingly mistaken YELLOWPAGES.travel as a service by AT&T. The company would like to make it very clear that YELLOWPAGES.travel, otherwise known as YP.travel, is not a service by AT&T or YellowPages.com nor is it sponsored or affiliated with AT&T or YellowPages.com in any way. Although the Travel2Win giveaway offered by YELLOWPAGES.travel states that the iPhone and BlackBerry prize winnings are activated through AT&T wireless, the offering itself is not by AT&T. Only the activation / wireless service is through AT&T. Both phones are exclusively offered through AT&T wireless therefore activation is mandatory through AT&T. The offering itself is solely from YELLOWPAGES.travel and one else. All questions or concerns regarding the Travel2Win program should be directed to: Travel2Win@YELLOWPAGES.travel YELLOWPAGES.travel has been notified by AT&T that unknown individuals have been posting blogs and comments online on various social media sites stating that YELLOWPAGES.travel is a part of AT&T. Furthermore, individuals unknown to YELLOWPAGES.travel have also sent emails or posted ads that YELLOWPAGES.travel is hiring current and former AT&T employees. These statements and offerings are false and were not made with the consent of YELLOWPAGES.travel. Previously disgruntled shareholders, investors, employees, contractors or current AT&T / YellowPages.com employees intending to cause harm or damage to the YELLOWPAGES.travel brand do not represent YELLOWPAGES.travel. The company is currently not hiring anyone, in particular no AT&T employees past or present, nor is the company looking to lease office space in or around the YellowPages.com corporate headquarters. The individuals behind these actions, either previous shareholders or employees of YELLOWPAGES.travel or even current AT&T / YellowPages.com employees, directors, or shareholders interested in causing reasons for claim by AT&T are doing so without the consent of YELLOWPAGES.travel. Swift legal action will be taken once the parties responsible for these acts are made known.
