Osha Ray Embraces New Technology For Release of Yoga Video

To accommodate for this new medium, instructor and host, Osha Ray offers a technique of clearly describing poses so students know the positions without having to constantly refer to the video. “So many traditional Yoga video instructors announce a pose with limited description,” says Ray. “Students have to temporarily stop their routine and refer to the DVD to actually see what they are supposed to be doing.” Ray uses simple descriptive instructions that can be understood audibly or with a quick glance.
