In an effort to help these organizations improve inventory turns, accuracy, and reduce receiving errors, Operations Strategy Consulting has launched its Warehousing and Inventory Control practice. Ed Burns joins Operations Strategy as the head of its Warehousing and Inventory Control service line. Burns has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries. “Receiving errors or poor warehouse design can cost an organization hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars of wasted effort and material,” explains Burns.
