Good Omens & Good Wines

American pencil artist, Nemo, is having a one man show at DVine Wine at 1660 Champa in Denver, CO. DVine Wine will host an artist reception from 5pm 9pm on Saturday October 3rd, 2009.

Nemo will debut a new series of pencil on vellum drawings of wine labels and wine themed art work. The wine label designs, with the concept of “good omens”, contain a play on Nemo spelled backwards along with imagery of good omens such as an elephant, a cow, a conch shell and others. Additionally Nemo has created still life drawings in his signature swirling pencil style of wine bottles, grapes, cheeses and wine glasses. D’Vine Wine will provide guests with three free unique wine tastes, a free wine glass, and 10% off D’Vine purchases. Wine with each of Nemo’s wine label designs will also be available for purchase.
